The Pierrot Restaurant and art in Keight hotel is dedicated to the owner’s late husband, serving as a heartfelt tribute to his passion for Pierrot figurines collected from all over the world.
This unique collection, found mainly here in the lobby, represents the whimsical and melancholic Pierrot character, which has been infused within the restaurant with distinctive charm, giving it a special atmosphere.
Talented, local artist, Lara Karlavaris, managed to masterfully blend the Pierrot passion into the hotel’s walls, creating visually captivating experiences for visitors. This showcases how personal stories of family heritage can be intricately woven into the fabric of a business, creating spaces rich in meaning and emotional resonance.
The story of Katarina
Katica or Katarina Hauptfeld had a vision and realized it as well as dedicating her life to developing and promoting the unique story of our extraordinary country Croatia and the Adriatic Seathroughout the world.
The letter „I” is a symbol of the number [8-eight] as her lucky number but also a symbol of infinity.
